How to Enable Notifications
- Go to your dashboard at dashboard.quotescope.co
- Click Settings → Account → Notifications
- Toggle on the notifications you want to receive
- Done! You'll start getting emails for those events
What Each Notification Does
| Notification | What It Tells You | Who Gets It |
|---|---|---|
| Quote Actions | "Client just accepted/declined your quote!" | Everyone |
| First Views | "Client just opened your quote for the first time" | Pro only |
| Client Comments | "Client left a question on your quote" | Pro only |
Pro tip: At least one team member should enable all available notifications so nothing important gets missed.
Making Notifications Work for You
Smart ways to use notifications:
- Enable Quote Actions - Never miss when a client says yes (or no)
- Use First View alerts (Pro) - Perfect timing for "Did you have a chance to review?" follow-ups
- Turn on Client Comments (Pro) - Respond to questions fast and show great service
- Check your spam folder if emails don't arrive
- Have a backup person on your team with notifications enabled
Test Your Setup
Make sure everything works:
- Create a test quote
- Send it to yourself or a colleague
- View it, accept it, comment on it - whatever should trigger notifications
- Check that emails arrive as expected
If emails aren't coming, check spam filters and double-check your notification settings.
