Visitor Recordings

Visitor Recordings

Watch how clients actually interact with your quotes - see where they spend time, what interests them, and what might be confusing them.

See What Clients Really Do

Ever wonder what clients are thinking when they review your quotes? Visitor recordings let you watch (anonymously) exactly how clients interact with your published quotes - where they click, what they linger on, and how they navigate through your proposal.

It's like being a fly on the wall during their decision-making process.

What Gets Recorded

When clients view your published quotes, we capture:

  • Mouse movements and clicks - See what catches their attention
  • Scrolling patterns - Know which sections they read carefully
  • Time spent - Understand what they find important or confusing
  • Option selections - Watch them experiment with different choices
  • Overall engagement - See their complete journey through your quote

Don't worry about privacy - recordings are completely anonymous. No personal information, no keyboard inputs, no audio/video - just interaction behavior.

Finding Your Recordings

Ready to see what clients are doing?

  1. Go to Projects in your dashboard
  2. Click on your project
  3. Open the specific quote you want to analyze
  4. Check the Activity tab (selected by default)
  5. Look at the Visits section - each row is a client session

Easy as that!

  • "Expired" after that - Older recordings get cleaned up automatically
  • Storage optimization - Keeps the system running smoothly

Don't worry - you get plenty of time to review the important sessions!

Watching Client Sessions

Time to see what they're really doing:

  1. Click any session row in the visits table
  2. A video player opens showing their session
  3. Use the playback controls - play, pause
  4. Watch their behavior:
    • Where do they spend the most time?
    • Which items do they hover over or click?
    • How do they navigate through your quote?
    • When do they make selection changes?
